vendor reviews - how will it work?

Several vendors have been asking us about what options will be included in learnpipe's vendor review system. Here's what you can expect...
  • vendors can choose to enable / disable all feedback (i.e. when feedback is disabled public cannot give feedback on your courses);
  • vendor can choose to enable / disable comments only (similar to enabling / disabling comments on a YouTube video);
  • when publishing courses to learnpipe, you will be able to include 'Previous Delegate Comments' in the outline. This will allow you to post positive feedback that you gathered from previous events.
Vendors who decide to let their customers have their say will have the option to respond / address any comment that is posted against them.
If any comment is inaccurate / unfair, you can request that it is removed.

We also have some tools to identify any fake posts (for example, by competitors). Any vendors who engage in such activity will be outed.

Tip - it would be a very good idea to use learnpipe's feedback tool for all your course evaluations.
You will build a strong profile which will help you to sell more (think of vendors on eBay with excellent reviews).

The feedback tool will go live very soon.
